At Bootmaster, we want you to step out in confidence. If your new boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Boots

Place the unworn boots back in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or box.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
